The purpose of this program is to reintroduce lower body strength and athletic movement back into training for an athlete who experienced a lower body injury. It is meant to start at lower level exercises that are good for beginners or advanced athletes who need a slower start back into things.

This is a 3 day/week beginner program aimed at building lifting technique and capacity for handling weight. Good for those who need a gentle way to get back into lifting or to help absolute beginners become accustomed to training prior to going on to a more intense program.

2 Day per week Full Body Workouts with slightly different focuses each workout to address all key areas of strength, progressively builds through 20 full weeks(5 Blocks).
